Your booking of a trail with Angkor Offtrack signifies your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
Reservations and payment:
Your booking is subject to availability and is not confirmed until we have emailed you a confirmation.
Payment is released by cash directly in hands the day of the selected tour or either directly to the hotel partner (if your hotel has managed the booking). There is no extra fee for you in both ways (directly in hands or on your hotel bill).
By booking a trail with Angkor Offtrack, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, release and discharge Angkor Offtrack, its representatives, agents and employees, for any accident, injury, theft or personal loss suffered by you as a result of your participation in Angkor Offtrack bicycle trails.
You are aware that cycling is potentially hazardous. You should not ride unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with riding, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, transfer from or to the trail spot, all such risks being known and appreciated by you. You realize that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning. You hereby certify that you are in such physical condition and good health.
We highly recommend of wearing a helmet on even the shortest, easiest and least trafficked ride. We supply one. Do not ride without a helmet!
You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the trail. If you have any questions about a trail’s level of difficulty, please ask us. You are also responsible for compliance with the laws of Cambodia, including all traffic regulations.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to make sure that the information contained on this site is accurate. To the best of our knowledge, research and belief, all statements and information given are correct. We will make every effort to correct quickly any errors brought to our attention. However, we accept no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies.
Angkor Offtrack reserves the right to change advertised itineraries before or during a tour in the interests of safety resulting from war, disease, natural disaster, very bad weather conditions, safety, or any local conditions requiring this change.
It is a condition of participating in an Angkor Offtrack trail that each customer holds personal insurance covering the risks linked to this kind of activities. Insurance must include comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation.
Insurance against material damage
In case of any material damage non-covered by personal insurance (notably helmets, bike parts, complete bikes, transfer vehicle,…) damage due to customer misuse shall be paid by him in compensation.
In case of emergency evacuation needed, Angkor Offtrack representant will do his best to contact as soon as it is technically possible the Royal Angkor International Hospital and provide them all information to facilitate the fastest transfer as possible. In matter of contacting and organizing the transfer in collaboration with the Hospital emergency service, Angkor Offtrack obligation concerns the means, not the outcome.
Any lawsuit arising out of the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia and the relevant Juridiction for any dispute is located Siem Reap.
